At Lord Lifestyle, we have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, regardless of your location worldwide.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return

- Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions
- Ship your item back using the provided return shipping label
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods and beauty products
- Sale items and gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Digital goods, e-books, gift cards, etc.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at orders@lordlifestyle.com right away so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. We suggest making an unboxing video upon receiving the product so that we can be sure that the product was not tampered with or damage occurred after use.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted.
European Union Customers
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. The same condition requirements apply as stated above.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
